Things you need to know about booking a transfer

The rate includes base fare, fuel, taxes, tolls and gratuities. Additional charges may apply if additional services are required.

Children and infants who require individual seats will be considered regular passengers.
Each passenger is allowed to bring one(1) large luggage and one (1) small hand carry bag. Please book a larger vehicle if you have extra large luggage.
We suggest scheduling your pick-up around 30 minutes after your flight landing time so that you have enough time to go through customs and pick up your luggages.
Yes, please provide at least 28 hours before the pick-up date. Some modifications such as changes in location may incur an extra charge.

Our service providers will monitor your flight status and wait until you land. So long as the flight details remain the same, there will be a driver there to pick you up. If your flight will be delayed for more than 4 hours, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com

We recommend that you book for a larger vehicle to accommodate extra large luggage.
Our service provider have full public liability insurance in case of accidents. We recommend that you have a travel insurance policy that is valid for the duration of your trip.
At the moment, our providers do not offer specially-outfitted vehicles to accommodate wheelchair users. Vehicles are not equipped with wheelchair ramps of lifts, and you may contact local airport authority for assistance.
Baby and child car seats can be requested when booking a private transfer. They are subject to availability and may incur a charge.
All our vehicles are non-smoking.
Full instructions that are accurate for your booking can be found on your voucher. However, in most cases, you must confirm with the local agent regarding your pickup time for your journey back. Please ensure you leave in plenty of time to get you back at the airport. We recommend reaching at least 3 to 4 hours before your flight.
Things you need to know about car rental
Drivers must be between 21 and 75 years old and in possession of a valid local or international driving license. Probational license holders will not be permitted to rent.
Additional driver(s) will not incur additional charge but you need to register the additional driver(s) in the rental agreement. All drivers need to be present at time of pick-up and provide a valid driver license and passport/ identification card.
Please present a copy of your driver license, your passport/ identification card, and your credit card. This can be a physical or electronic voucher.
A deposit amount of approximately RM500 will be held against your credit card for the booking period. The credit card must be under the name of the main driver.
Rental price includes vehicle, Goods and Service Tax (GST), Liability Reduction Option (LRO), Unlimited Kilometres, and 24 Hours Breakdown Services.

Daily Rental Rate is calculated on a 24-hour cycle for a minimum rental period of one (1) day. Excess hours of less than five hours are calculated at one fifth of the daily rate, per hour. Excess hours of more than five hours would be charged as one-day rental.

You are advised to book under the name of the driver who will be using the vehicle.

No, vehicles cannot be driven into Thailand, Singapore and Indonesia.
Every vehicle is rented out with a full tank of petrol or diesel (whichever is applicable) and must be returned at the same level. In the event the vehicle is returned less than the full tank of petrol or diesel (whichever is applicable), you will be charged for a full tank refill based on the car rental fuel tariffs.
All costs of parking charges and traffic violation summons issued shall be borne by the Renter.
Should you require baby seats, child seats or GPS, you should request these at time of reservation. All optional equipment is on request and subject to availability basis.
If you would like to extend your car rental beyond the original termination date, please make a request of minimum thirty (30) days. If the extension is less than 30 days, the rates during the period will be prorated based on the confirmed lease rates.

Yes. If you experience any problem during your rental, you have seven (7) days from the drop-off date to bring it to our attention. Please email us at email@example.com. After that period, we will no longer be able to pass your complaint to our service provider.
